使用電機的注意事項:
1. 在用粘接劑安裝電機時,不允許把粘接劑流到軸承上,也不允許流入電機內部。
2. 超聲波設備對于電機內部的零件具有一定的破壞性,如若在安裝電機時用到超聲波,請謹慎對待。
3. 請不要把電機貯存在高溫高濕的環境中,也不要放置在有害氣體的環境中,這會導致電機性能的失效。
4. 需要壓入一個輪子,齒輪等外加附件到軸上時,請在軸的另一端提供支承,或是采用其它合適的墊塊。
5. 當需要焊接時,要確保焊接的動作迅速,以免損壞電機引線端子周圍的塑膠,也不要用力于引線端子上以免造成它們的彎曲和向內陷。同樣要小心焊錫殘渣以及松香進入到電機的內部,必要時要進行小心的測量,以及封住所有附近的孔和洞。任何有鉚接結構的端子,還必需小心的松香進入其中,造成電聯接的失效。
6. 不允許通電狀態下把電機軸鎖死,甚至一個很短時間的鎖定會造成過熱,進而造成電機被燒壞。
Precautions for using motor:
1. As installing motors with use of binding agents, Do not allows any adherence to the bearing or intrusion into the motor.
2. It is dangerous to use ulrasonic equipment when motors are being intalled or when parts and components are being assembled . It has the potential to cause damage of motor's internal components. Please treat it with caution.
3. Do not store motor under hot and humid environment. Also do not place them in the atmosphere of harmful gases, as it may lead to malfunction.
4. When it's about to press in a pulley, gear etc., onto the motor output shaft, please always provide a support to the shaft at the other end, or other suitable use of the correct metal pad.
5. When it's necessary to weld, please ensure the prompt action of welding to avoid damage to the plastic around motor terminals. Do not give force to the terminals so as to avoid their inward bending and subsidence, the same for solder residue, as well as access of the rosin to the internal motors, also need to be take care of. Careful measures should be taken if necessary, to seal all the holes and apertures nearby. Any motors with rivet-structured terminale must also be careful to let rosin enter, which can cause the failure of electrical conduction.
6. Do not leave motor shaft locked under the state of applied power, for even a short-time lock-up may cause overheating of the lock, thus cause further burning damage.
